        Mentha pulegium
While Pennyroyal experienced widespread use in ancient folk medicine, today this potentially toxic oil is predominantly used in very low dose and in combination with other essential oils in household products including insect repellent blends.
Aroma: Top Note.
Perfume: Strong, minty and herbaceous with earthy undertones.
Blends well with: citronella, sage, geranium, lavender, rosemary.
